On a string instrument, a "wolf tone" is the ugly, howling resonance that shows up on certain notes. This wolf took the name literally. Wolf Tone puts a leather-vested werewolf on a monitor wedge, head thrown back mid-howl, tearing into a red V-shaped guitar while sound waves and lightning bolts pour out under a huge yellow moon. Stage lights, amp stacks, a drum kit, and a crowd of raised horns fill out the gig.
