Returns & Refunds
Every Steady Strum item is printed to order specifically for you — nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or simply changing your mind.
What we do cover:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and make it right.
What we can't cover:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (check our size chart before ordering — we're happy to help you pick the right fit if you're unsure)
- Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
